Interesting Situation, needs responce.
So, one of my owners in the HPBL will be gone for a while. How long, I don't know. So he goes ahead and hires a GM to take his position, without any notification to me on his intensions of hiring a interm GM.
I'm in a very comprimising position now. Should I allow him to hire the interm GM while he is gone, or say no because he didn't let me know of his intentions and didn't get any approval from me? |

I'd let it go, but keep an eye on the team. I'd also let the primary owner know that a little communication is a nice thing.

No. Team is the property of the league not the owner. If you'd really rather have the interm GM then take one for the league.

I'd let the interim GM do his thing for now but keep a close eye on him to make sure he's not messing around. Just let the original owner know that something like this can't happen again and if he needs to leave again at least let you know what he wants to do as far as getting someone else to handle his team goes. He should've discussed it with you before he asked anyone to take over his team, but it's kinda late to worry about that now.
