seeking active mature people ..

BIG League Baseball currently has openings for General managers. We are seeking mature, dedicated, patient and most importantly, active people who would like to join our league. We have a solid core of GM's and are looking to add to them. The ideal person would be involved in a limited number of other leagues however, we will consider all who respond.

BLB simulates 3 times per week. We use MLB players and we are in our 7th season. Incentive points are awarded for participation and those points can be used for orgainizational upgrades following each season. After a recent "clean up" the Baltimore Orioles, Oakland A's, Chicago White Sox and Houston Astros are available. these teams have plenty of talent and each has a shot at winning now rather than having to re-build. We have just started our latest season (2008).

If you're looking for a stable league (seventh season) and a competitive environment, this is the league for you. The open teams are in pretty good order, especially the White Sox and Astros (both could make the playoffs easily) while the Orioles and A's are a bit of a longer shot but could surprise and join the action in October as well.

BLB is an excellent league, the Astros were my team but I just didn't have the time to continue running them, I encourage anyone looking for a fun and exciting league with active GM's to join BLB.
