im new to this and i love it, im looking for a league starting up or a league in progress. would really like to join a league in the late 1800's to early 1900's

right now i donyt have the OOTP softtware so im looking for a league that doesnt require it also what all do i need when looking for the program as i see different ones and what are the benefits of the software
