You need various types of software to play in all leagues.

If you guys are going to farm your post count, you should at least answer the poor guy.

Yes, there are leagues that don't require the game. Can't tell you which leagues though. Do a search or watch the board and be patient, they pop up all the time.

You'll have more fun if you scrounge up $20 bucks. There are plenty of leagues that still use OOTP5.

you are going to need Out of the Park 5 or 6.......it depends on what kind of games you like that determines which one is the best
