UBL opening

We don't get these all too much. We are about to enter the 2009 playoffs using v6 for our second season. We have a salary cap of 100M, foreign imports, 8/4 rule (similar to 10/5 rule), waivers, BOSI, great owners and writers, and we need a new GM.

The Philadelphia Phillies are now open as their current owner is stepping down due to lack of time...this is not an abandoned team. They have won the NL East 4 times since the league's inception, but have fallen on hard times. New ownership revamped the team following a dismal 2008 showing and they have a nice core in...well...an easy division. I just sent you a reply in your forums section! Won't repeat everything here but being a long time Phillies fan, I would love the opportunity to rebuild this team. Please let me know as soon as you can as I would like to spend time getting familiar with the team. Thanks!

We got a Phillies owner, but our White Sox owner just resigned due to time constraints. Anyone, White Sox?
