Well Established League Seeks Great GM

The BARSL (Baseball Alternative Reality Sim League) is currently looking for its next great GM. We are an OOTP6 league currently ready to start our 5th season. We use real players and are a 28 team league. We Sim @ Noon on Monday's and Wednesday's 10 days per sim. We started w/ the 2003 season and currentl are in 2007 (Spring Training is Monday). The team available is The San Diego Padres they need some work but have some good solid prospects on the way. With a little TLC they could become a force to be reckoned with. The BARSL is a great league w/ 27 VERY GOOD GM's. We have a low turnover (Approx 1-2 GM's a season at most) and have 65% of our original GM's. We have an GM Incentive Plan and encourage GM activity (Team Articles, etc.)
