how do i load my league onto a site.

im a first time commish, looking to load my league onto a site ive made. can i get some help. im gonna need some big time assistance. anyone willing to help me, please aim me @ spokny3140. Im gonna need some step by step action. thanks

You need a good zip file, and a good FTP file. I have found FTP commander is excellent and is free.

As for zip files, there are so many that you most likely have one. You do need know how to create zip files.

Are you creating a web page? If so, you need to know html (another good free program is call 1st Page 2000) or WYSISYG program that allows you to create web pages without knowing HTML. Check out Mozilla suite.

Once you have done that, you are now ready to get started.

Hopefully you are using DSL or cable connection, because dialup takes forever to get done
