ELSA Gradually Filling...SIX SLOTS REMAIN!

The ELSA (Eastern League/Southern Association) has filled nine of the sixteen available GM positions. The ELSA is a league with a historical backdrop (The old Class A Eastern League and Southern Association)that uses fictional players in 1945. Seven seasons were simmed to give the league some history along with settling the financial model. The ELSA uses OOTP5.
The teams still remaining are Binghamton, Wilkes-Barre, Williamsport, Mobile, Nashville, and New Orleans.

Please sign up if interested! We are starting to gain some momentum in terms of membership! We will kick off the season as soon as we fill all the teams. I will work hard to make this a success as I have already spent weeks on the website and catobase and historical review.
