NIBA heading into third offseason -- looking to fill good teams

After the end of our second season, I've had to clear out the inactive owners, and thus we're looking to bring some new faces in. We're looking to add three quality owners in New York (N) and Seattle. We've just completed the 2005 World Series, and we're heading into the 2006 Off Season, with free agency, etc. set to kick off shortly.

Just filled Anaheim, looking for two more owners for the Mets (two straight playoff appearances) and Mariners (good young team)
