Doesn't Own Game

Are there any good leagues out there for people who don't own the game. It seems as if every league opening requires the owner to own the game, and to the few leagues who don't specifically say it in the rules, I have been told VIA e-mail after expressing my interest.

I am an extremely active owner who would love to join an established league, however I do not own the game. If there are any leagues out there who want someone who will contribute daily to the boards etc... I am your man.

Why don't you just get the game? If you enjoy playing OOTP so much, would it kill you to drop $20 on it?

The OBL http://outlawuniverse.net/obl/ does not require owning the game but do suggest it only because of the many things having the game adds to the expierence.

20 Bucks is a very fair price and you get a lot in return. Anyway the Player Leagues like GFBL GBPA IBPL and NBL dont require the Game.

Yahoo Fantasy Sports does not require you to own the game...

I'm guessing when people don't get the game it is because they are too young to have a credit card, and their parents won't let them use theirs online. Personally, I wouldn't want anyone in my league without the game because it's too much work, but I could see how some people wouldn't mind giving some owners the chance.

There are a few leagues that don't require you to own the game listed at: OOTP Online League Directory Press the filter button and it will be fast and easy to pick them out.

You can send a Money Order if you dont like the credit card. But yes you have a point here

www.showdownshop.com/forum has a great OOTP league and doesnt require you to own the game...

Very well said! Also 99 times out of 100 people are NOT good owners because they are too young and too immature. I try to avoid joining leagues that do not require the game so I can avoid these people.
