Well the high caliber teams part isn't a factor because of the draft. For the same reason, it's already not really a historical sim.

If a team was to magically open up before the draft, I'd be interested.

I've got 1st place teams in the CBL (Aspen, www.cbbl.ootp-leagues.com) and BATS (Florida, www.bats.abatt.net).
