ICBL (College League)

We are going to be using the College League teams and conferences. (ACC and PAc-10)

We will have no salary, no trades, and no Money. The teams will need to recruit players and then they will sign a letter of consent, saying they agree to play and stay with their team. The players will be set as 17-18 years old as a new player for Freshman (First draft exception). Everyone will be able to create a new player after theirs graduates. We will have a college world series for the the best teams at the end. In format of a Playoffs.
