It's never a good sign when 9 of the 30 teams haven't even sent in one export since the season began. The owners page link doesn't work and the message board is locked so non-members can't see it.

We just moved to that site. I have enjoyed my time in the league. I dont get why Oneida is slinging mud like this.

I don't know if this has anything to do it this, but some leagues remove the owners page and lock up the message forums to non-members in case that someone may go forward and talk trash about the league. I remember one FHL league that did this, and no one was happy.

That bugs me when I go to check out applicants or just see how other leagues do things. Some even make it nearly impossible to find out who the commish is or how to contact them. It's their prerogative of course, but it can't be very helpful to people who might like to check out their league before they apply.

I guess I should probably address a couple things.

One, if you're over 30 and you come into a board talking trash about a league you were just fired from - you have some issues.

Two, the export tracker is new, it was just installed two or three sims ago, and not every single team has the game.

Three, the owners page got deleted somehow recently, it's being put up in the next day or two.

And four, the message board is like that because we had some problems of our owners being harrassed. You can view it you just have to register for it. This way we at least have some way of knowing who's viewing it. And none of the owners have complained so we have no reason to change it really.

The reason oneida is on here running his mouth is because he was fired due to suspicions of firesale. He came on and made very, very questionable trades (Saying looking towards his future, trading 20 year old 5 star SPs in AAA who are ML ready for 25 year olds CLs in A), and didn't really defend it too well other then "it's my decision" (Which yes, it is - but when we're just simply asking for the baseball logic why, you're not Jimy Williams are you?) - so we just felt it was best to part ways. There was no "harsh notice" given to him.

My owners in the league enjoy it, or obviously they wouldn't stay. That's really all that matters to me, not if someone who was just canned is going to start talking trash on an online board. Nice try though. Besides, it's not like I ever laid claim to running a perfect league anyways. Improvements are still being made, as they always can be.

This will be my only post on this topic.

Might want to post the trade correctly if you are going to say he made "suspicious" trades...He traded a 4.5* 22 year old RF in AA for a 5* 25 year old CL in AA. The second deal was him sending a 20 year old 5* SP (10-5-10) in AAA, and a 4.5* 26 year old closer (10-8-7) in the majors for a 5* 24 year old SP (10-10-8), who was formerly ranked the leagues top prospect, and a SP in AAA who recently hit 26 with 6-7-10 talents....
