No problem. Keep checking back here and I'll try and keep everyone posted on how the league's going, which inmates get early releases, etc...

I for one like the leagues like this because it allows for the imagination to go a little bit and gives a spice to your teams... I play more for the stats and less for the names so the fact that the players are fictional doesnt phaze me. I do like the part about nick names but I actually think giving us the chance to do some as the players grow would be better then just giving them all names now.

Currently at 12 teams... would really like to get 24 before starting the league, which we will be doing in the next couple of days.

The WPL will be officially starting our league on Wednesday afternoon, so this is a last call for people wanting to join the league to get in on the ground floor! We currently have 12 teams with human GM's, which leaves 12 other teams open at this point. On Wednesday morning, though, we will be reducing the number of teams down to either 16, 20 or leaving it at 24, based on the number of human GM's there are in the league.

This is going to be a very relaxed, very fun league with a unique premise running on OOTP5. E-mail me at wplcommish@gmail.com , IM me at WPLCommish or check out the league at http://wpl.cnoteswebdesign.com if you're interested.

Up to 14 teams filled now with at least one more just about filled. Going to cut the league down to 20 Wednesday morning (1/19), so get in now to be in time for the mini-FA period before our first sim on Monday morning (1/24)!

After two sims, teams are starting to show their true form. Although its still early, Eastern State is doing awesome (of course, I am gods gift to OOTP heheh) League is definitely shaping up to be a great league. Still a few openings, for those of you man enough to come and try it out.
