Any Historical Leagues?

I'm looking for a historical league that's either brand new, or right around the 1990-1992 area. If it were to be brand new(meaning 1st year or 2nd year), I'd like for it to be approaching the 1990's.

I'm looking for either a Cleveland Indians or Atlanta Braves franchise....post all leagues that I can take a gander at!

They're also looking for longterm expansion GM's. I believe your expected to contribute to the league for two years pre expansion.
