GBPA Needs Players!

The Global Baseball Players Association is a players league, ran by Steve Thiele, aka NealMusser. The Assistant Commish of the GBPA is Matt LeBlanc. The GBPA is entering it's 3rd season. The league is ran off of OOTP6.

The GBPA consists of 6 teams, with 6 GMs. We have over 100 real players in the league. However, we are looking to expand in the forseeable future, and to do that, we need more players.

The GBPA has a very strong players union. We have a players rep., and a deputy players rep. to assist.

The GBPA gives you, the player, a way to spend money. You can head over to the GBPA Bank and buy a house, or some equipment, and improve your player. Or, you can head over to the Triple Crown Casino, owned by DisposableHero, and bet. We allow you to bet on NCAA Basketball, NCAA Football, the NBA, and the NFL. Coming soon, we will be running a fantasy league via Yahoo! as well. The Triple Crown Casino brings out the gambler in everyone!

Have a injury? No problem. Visit the All Pro Rehab Center, where you can hire a personal trainer, and reduce the length of your injury!

We have just implemented a all new sim schedule, and will now be simming 3 times a week. This will shorten the time it takes to sim a season, and will increase the fun!

The GBPA is in need of pitchers. However, you can join up as any position that you would like. If you do not want to negotiate your own contract, then you can hire a Agent to do the dirty work for you!

Opening day is tonight. Over the past few days, we have had A LOT of new players join up, and I am getting excited. So, head on over to the forum and create yourself a player!

Just giving this a bump to the top...season is going well so far, and as always, we could use some more real players.

All of the computer players are almost gone, so expansion should be coming soon.
