HOFB League! In the offseason now!

The Hall Of Fame Baseball OOTP Sim League has many openings at the moment. We are in the 2007 offseason, and we have plenty of openings.

Basic Settings:
Cap: $85 million

Sim everyday, or every other day (wait a coupke days after all-star break, and a week after the season)

PM the commishes your rosters and transactions before every update.

The rest of the information will be on the Message Board.

The reason we have so many open spots is because people are running out of time to participate in the league. You don't have to be that active, but if yu ahven't done anything in 2 weeks, then the commishes will send you a warning.

The teams that are open at the moment are:

AL:
New York Yankees (over the cap at the moment)
Tampa Bay Devil Rays (pretty good)
Chicago White Sox
Cleveland Indians
Detroit Tigers
Seattle Mariners
Texas Rangers

NL:
Philadelphia Phillies
Washington Nationals
Chicago Cubs
Pittsburgh Pirates
St Louis Cardinals
Arizona Diamondbacks
Colorado Rockies
Los Angeles Dodgers (Kerry Wood)
San Diego Padres
San Fransisco Giants (playoffs last season)

We got a great, well organzied league, with the 3 great commisheners. The only problem we have is that we have a lack of managers, as you see, so we are trying to get some more people. Please join, before the season starts!

How many seasons have you run? Any special rules?Do you need to own OOTP?(I have it)

having about 40% of the teams under human manager in the off season, I think it would be better to pause the off season to get more managers. I think teams would like more of a control on their team to be interested

Legend Killer: You dont need OOTP to be in the league. We are now starting the third season, 2007. Also, during the season, we sim about every other day, 10 sim days at a time. If you do have OOTP6, a league file is made available.

ummm, the message board is our other page. The board is pretty detailed, and that is all we need at the moment. We have our message board and the OOTP page. Both of those links are in my main post

I have been in this league since it started and have to say that the 3 commishes do a fantastic job on running this league. It is alot of fun and everyone gets along very well.

I'm interested in the Tigers. My league just fell through. I've an active owner, and I've got the game. Just curious though, in order to update our rosters(lineups and such), do we export the file, or do you have to use the message board? I'm curious because I saw that you don't have to have the game to join. If we can export our roster files, I'd love to be the new owner of the Tigers.
