Separate hiring and toggling for scouts, coaches, etc.
I'd like to be able to choose whether to use scouts separately from whether to use coaches and whatever other categories there will be in OOTP2006.
Also, coaches should be taken almost entirely from the ranks of former players (though not necessarily those who made it to the big leagues), whereas scouts wouldn't necessarily need to be. GMs could be a mix. As it is, it apparently happens occasionally, but really it should be almost always.
