Game Play
One aspect of the game that I find frustrating is the inability to steal or hit and run in specific pitch counts. For instance, you can't steal with 2 strikes and the only time you can hit and run is either on the first pitch or after a foul ball. I understand that part of what makes the game fun is the quickness of getting through each play, and that by eliminating the unimportant pitches the game speeds up. But one way to address this may be to allow a manager to choose the pitch count to run or hit and run on if that count comes up. That way if the count never arrives then the play is not put on and the game can continue to on as it normally would.

I'd like to see something like a "count generator" for this type of thing. Meaning that you could potentially request to enter control of the at bat after the computer generates a ball/strike count on the batter and then potentially go pitch by pitch after that. I too am frustrated by the idea that my chance to hit and run comes only at the beginning of an AB or after a pitch is thrown and the baserunner failed to take off. I'd like to have the option to request a count and then have all options available to me.
