Stats tracked by position in lineup

hope im not mentioning something that is already done or has been mentioned before. i havent been around in a pretty long while. if it has, sorry. a mod can delete this thread.

tracking stats according to where a guy hits in the lineup has to be something that could be done. the HTML already shows the position in the lineup for the last 10 days, so i cant imagine it would be hard to track it for the whole season or career.

I'm guessing with the expansion of the database and the ability to store and generate a truckload more info in OOTP7, that this will very much possible.

if you mean BOSI...

no offense to the creator, but a mod thats only 25% finished isnt really what im looking for. even then, it only tracks the current season and not career long.

Also anyone who has the exporter can export the batting stats to a database and create a query to get the batting by positionin lineup or however they want to view it, or a programmer can put something out like this in the next version of CATOBASE. The data is already available, jsut need to format it and display it now.....

http://www.sim2005.com/1970/LA_Team_Pos.html is a sample. It's under position by position report.

Errr, oops, I reread your initial post and I guess you were asking about something different.

On another note, I wonder why many of the lineup positions in AU only have like 200 at bats for the whole season.
