Releasing too quickly/ Overpriced relievers

I've seen WAY too many people sign to expensive long-term deals.

Also, I've seen teams sign relievers that do not deserve it, signed to 10-15 million dollar contracts.

Sounds like a problem of the teams in your league having too much cash. You might want to lower the Cash Maximum.

I don't have a problem with teams paying mediocre players too much, especially if they're coming off one solid year.

I have a problem with the following
1) The highest paid guys making too much -- $50 mil per is ridiculous for anyone
2) High priced players being released too quickly -- although a lot of teams are cutting ties now, there are a lot of teams that will stick with a guy just because they owe him so much
3) Overvaluing ridiculously priced guys -- I should be able to take someone else's salary dump relatively easily and I should have a hard time getting rid of my 1.5-star guy making $17 mil per for the next 4 seasons
