Where u add another A-ball team like in the real leagues and a Rookie ball team for the newly draftes later round picks.

There have been numerous threads around here concerning the minor leagues both in regards to the way the AI handles it and in refining the roster size. Variations of your idea have been discussed, we'll just have to wait and see...
