Day to Day injuries

Immediately after one of my position players gets a day-to-day injury, I am able to immediately put him back in the game. With pitchers, I have been unable to do so. Not a big deal but I dont mind having Pedro at 90% as opposed to sticking in a reliever in the third inning.

Actually this is a bug, you shouldn't be able to put your position player back in the game.
