Initial game start in Offseason, not Preseason

I believe this simple (?) change would make 1871 sims a cinch.

The whole problem with importing first-year rookies (applies to all historical sims?) is that the first season has already started, so you can't import the rookies.

I concur, along with fixing whatever it is that causes DB imports not to work with anything but the default league structure.
