No Auto Save on Quit or Load Game

It never really bothered me before until today. I was playing around with the draft date in my historical league so that I could have the draft before spring training so that players would have a legitimate shot at rookie of the year since some imported rookies come right in and play. Well my draft class was created twice because apparently I moved the year when I guess I didn't need to.

Anyways, I figured ok its only the 27th of February and it hasn't saved yet so I can go back to the end of January and not duplicate my draft class. Well I hit load game and select the saved game, but lucky me it automatically saved the game I was playing on the 27th of Feb, so that when it loaded up.....guess what 27th of Feb with a duplicated draft class.

So in short it only cost me about 20-30 minutes to weed through and delete all the dupes, but it still could have been avoided. I would prefer a prompt that says "Would you like to save first?"
