More Dynamic Free Agency.

Maybe this would be more for online play then solo season but i think it would work both ways. I'm kinda hoping for more dynamic free agency market, where signing 1 player would set the trend for market, much like the real thing goes. I have no idea how hard it would to code, but it would be interesting seeing the effect of signing a average player to 11 mil over 5 year ( gil meche seriously what were they smoking) and how that effects the top teir players

Not sure if it's done now, but I've always thought it would be a great addition to make players aware of the salaries comparable players make.

This could tie in to your idea of the changing market.

Though, something has to drive a team to offer a high contract to start the trend. Perhaps as the league builds revenue (much like real life) small market teams could drive the market by offering top dollar to players in order to entice them to play for a poor team. It could also be driven by top revenue teams trying to attract major free agents; offering top dollar to ensure they play for a competitive team.

I'm not sure how much of this actually goes on in OOTP right now. From my experience it seems pretty random. I still don't feel teams are entirely aware of their finances.
