Multiple player - nation sources for one league

When trying to make leagues that span multiple countries, such as a European Baseball League, it is disappointing to have to pick one country to source the majority of the players from. It would be better to be able to pick multiple countries and assign percentages of players that should be generated from those nations. So instead of having the "Home Nation" which you can pick only its percentage generated and the set one generic foreign players %, you would do something like this:

The Netherlands 20%
Italy 15%
Germany 5%
England 5%
Serbia 5%
Ireland 5%
Spain 5%
Slovenia 5%
Croatia 5%
Denmark 5%
Sweden 5%
Finland 5%
Norway 5%
Scotland 5%
France 5%
