League/Salary Rules & Stadium

League/Salary Rules - Especially when creating a new league or playing say Japan or Korea. The only way to check what the rules are regarding, well anything, but lets say foreign player limit is to keep going onto the league setup screen or writing them down. Say for if you have a salary cap in the league, you might not know if you've never played that league, so putting this info somewhere on the league page would be nice!!

Stadium - dark subject I know but, I don't want to design a new stadium with a fancy 3D editor. Just if I've been building a team, and constantly filling out for years.. there is no way to grow! Some teams, granted will never build a new, say the Red Sox.. that could be coded into the game? We wouldn't even need the option to 'ask' for a stadium, it could just be the case of 'You've built a good team over x amount of years, the stadium is constantly full so we're looking to build/expand to increase support and revenue' then it just happens automatically
