Managers can then see a salary history and how well the team faired while under the guidance of that particular coach/scout. And since OOTP5 includes minor league records, that could beincluded as well. Also, the option to extend a coach's/scout's contract instead of rebidding when the contract is up would be cool too. This is still the best game I ever played.
