One more addition ..
I got this idea a couple days ago after my the amateur draft my 2005 season. I drafted a guy named Mike Fetters Jr. I could be wrong but Mike Fetters was a major league pitcher at some point maybe still is..I was like I wonder if thats was just a freak thing or there are things like that in the game on purpose either way I thought it was cool... My addition is kinda mainly for the flavor of the game but it would be neat if say after the players retires a small percentage of them go into the pool of names for the coaches and scouts and minor league managers... I'm sorry I would have to hire Greg Maddux as my pitching coach if he decided he wanted to be one in the game...has nothing to do with the gameplay just brings out the role playing elements more and would give it an even more real world such as the new messaging system...which I really like alot.

The "Jr." feature is on purpose and yes retired players do go into the coaches/scouts pool already, but not all of them.

The longer this game goes on the more neat touches keep getting in the game...thats new to OOTP 4?
I'm glad its only some once in awhile to see a recognizable name ...Nice.

And yeah, Mike Fetters is a reliever with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He easily has the best pre-pitch ritual of anyone in the game today.
