Importable ammy draft pool

This would apply mostly to online leagues, but I'm sure the solo types would like it to.

I think it would be a great addition if we could somehow "import" a pool of players for the amateur draft. This seems that it wouldn't be too tough to do, even if we had to have them in a Lahman database format. This would allow current leagues to compile a rookie database in advance of the actual amateur draft. Or we could play current seasons and maybe import the rookies from 1940 into the mix.

At the very least, it would help commissioners modify the database (as we often do) in advance of the draft much more easily.
