Waivers, Rule 5, etc.
Howdy, I used to post quite a bit on some of the old messageboards, but somewhere along the way my firewall at work started blocking all the OOTP sites so I haven't been around in a while.
My question is: Has there been any discussion of transaction rules such as Rule 5, waivers, not being able to option veterans to the minors, etc. being incorporated into OOTP4?
