Scheduled starts

I would love to be able to schedule starters, maybe on the schedule screen or something? This would not only be good for online leagues, but for fast-simming solo leagues as well.

I was actually going to make a suggestion like this myself. I think it's a great idea, especially for the end of the season if you're headed to the playoffs and you want to set your rotation for it.
