Major Transactions problem

When you go to league news there are two transaction buttons. One is for "All" and one is for "Major".

Click on major and you appear to get All, minor league contract signings, releases, etc.

I have seen this in my league. However my league is a midseason 6.12 conversion. I assumed that it was because it was grabbing the old 6.12 file and adding to it since no one else had reported it. I was going to wait until I moved into a new season to see if that fixed it. But I play them out one at a time so it will be awhile before I have an answer.

Is yours a new league or a conversion from 6.12? If a conversion was it at the start of a new season or midseason like me?

Maybe it has nothing to do with it but thought I'd throw it out there.

It's an old league that was about a month into the season (6.12) when I converted it.
