Not really. My service is kind of like fast food. I employ all that's already available, including a few hundred pre-created templates, so that sites get up fast and the user gets all the functionality needed in the shortest amount of time at the lowest price. BUT, I think( and recommend) tweaking others' existing designs is a great way to start. Replacing small portions with designs of your own in an already balanced color scheme is a great way to come up with fantastic websites. While I am experimenting with creating my own templates from scratch, it's really not the fastest way to go.
