Message board e-mails???

I have changed the settings in my options to NOT get any e-mail from the message board about new posts yet they just keep on coming. How can I stop this?

Check the bottom of the posts you type too... there is a box called Email Notification... make sure that this box is NOT checked... if it is... then you will have "subscribed" to the thread and get all the emails.

The box is below the text blank for the message and above the "Attach File" field.
