Trade picks problem

In my online league I had a team that had 2 1st round picks. He then traded one of them, well now it lists them as having no 1st round picks. Am I to assume it trades every pick you own in that round? If so that's rather frustrating.

Some issues were fixed with 6.51 but not all. I recommend you follow this workaround for Online Leagues.

1. Do not use the in-game feature to trade draft picks. Keep a record written somewhere.

2. Make a backup of your league file and then move your league file from your OOTP6.5 folder to your OOTP6 folder.

3. Use Pierre's Draft Utility to change round one to the correct order, save it and close it.

4. Open up your league in OOTP 6.12 and run the first round of your draft. Stop.

5. Close the game. Turn on Pierre's Draft Utility again and edit round 2 and follow the same procedure til the draft is finished.

6. Do not sim any days or run Free Agency with OOTP 6.12. Simply return the league file back to your OOTP 6.5 folder and continue with your off-season.

This is a whole lot easier than using the game's trade draft picks feature.
