Editting Teams per Division

Is it possible to edit the number of teams per division after a league is created? I just added two teams to make it an even 32 but they're in a division on their own. Is there anyway to make it an even 4 per division with 4 divisions per league? Thanks for the help and sorry if this has been asked thousands of time before.

Edit: I'm using 6.51

On the Edit League Structure screen, create a new team in the division into which you want to move another team, swap that "New Team" with the team to be moved, then delete that "New Team". Do that until you have all your teams situated in the divisions like you want them to be.

Yeah, I know how to do that, but then wouldn't the divisions still have the same amount of teams?

Edit: Never mind, I see what you're saying

Be careful. If you create a new team, new players are created. These players will be dumped into the FA pool when the team is deleted. Is that what you want?

When I make the teams they start out with no one at all.
