7-day lineups and promotion days not importing

Anybody know why what is going on with the above? One of my GMs is having this problem. His export is fine, cause it doesn't give me an error when I import it. Thanks for any assistance you can provide

It might be a problem with incompatible patches.

Ensure that both GM and comish are using the same patch.

And the most "up-to-date" patch. This was an issue pre-6.51a.

If it's 6.51a, you shouldn't have a problem. If it's 6.51 or 6.5a or 6.5b, you may be seeing this problem.
