no confirmation

I had ordered the new game around Christmas time DEC 13 or 15. but never got any confirmation. I had a code and everything. I just was wondering if i should order again. or if somebody could confirm my first order. I have seen a few others with this problem . thank you

I think you should contact www.elicense.com about this, especially if you've seen the charge on your credit card statement.
