help having some problems

i was downloading a league fiel and when i wne to open the game i got

ERROR IN OOPT4 EXE.FILE can will close and if problem continues try resatrting your computer!! im using a 98 windows ME edition

i have also tried to delete the lague fiel and restore but it want open any league im in so please help if you can

Have you deleted any league files recently?

How are you downloading the league file you are trying to use?
