Any way to fix this error or am I hosed?

Popped up as I was simming April of the 1901 season.

I'm now paranoid to go into any of my other leagues for fear of losing them, too.

Yeah and I can't think of anything specific that would have caused the crash and that screen to pop up upon reload.

I'm Stumped....I have seen plenty of strange stuff...but never that. Good Luck getting it sorted out.
