Resetting Injuries.

I'm trying to league wide reset injuries to normal.

When I go to league setup and click RESET Injuries and Fatigue nothing happens.. any ideas?

That won't affect injury RATINGS, it only affects current injuries and fatigue. So, if a player is out for 2 weeks, he will be healed by pressing that button. I haven't used that in a long time, but that's how it is supposed to work.

Is there any setting to put all the prone people to normal?

Is injuries in the general csv? If so, you could export that then do a quick replace all and import it back.
