I'm having a problem where everytime I try to access my league I recieve an error and the system crashes. The error is similar to the one you get if you do not have directx 7. Just to make sure I downloaded the latest version. It still crashed. I then tryed to access other leagues and was able to load them without error. For some reason only this one league is having a problem. Any thoughts?

I have used the game for a few monthes without a problem before this. I have been playing this league for about 13 seasons and it had not had any problems until yesterday. I had just finished a game and the game was saving the data and it said there was an error and it crashed. I then reloaded the game without issue, played another game and again it crashed in the same place. I then tried to reload the game and it then would not let me load the game itself. It crashed immediately when it started to load my league. The error I recieved was very similar to the one you get if you do not have directx installed. I reinstalled directx and reinstalled ottp and was then able to get the game to load. I then tryed to access my league again and it crashed again as soon as it tryed access it. Obviously the error is in the league itself. I hadn't done anything different than what I had done for the other seasons I had played. It really just stopped working.

One thing to try is to take the "league.dat" file from another league, copy it and overwrite the "league.dat" file of that "bad" league. Not sure if it will work or not, the league maybe toast. It's a good idea to backup your league regularly in case something like this happens.
