Abnormal Program Termination...

I just recently deleted a league file by mistake, and I'm almost positive it was the last one that I had run in OOTP. Now every time I try to load an existing league (or at least every time in the last five minutes) or start a new one, I get the following error message:

Runtime Error!

Program: D:\OOTP4\OOTP4.EXE

abnormal program termination

And all that lets me do is click okay, then it closes OOTP. I've restarted my computer a few times, tried to create default leagues, and nothing has worked so far. Any advice?

Reinstall the game in a different directory on your PC and move your leagues to that installation of the game. That should solve the problem.

Actually not too long after posting this a friend of mine said I should try renaming one of my leagues that I still had to the name of the old league and starting that one up. It worked, and then after I opened up a different league, I changed the name of the old one back to what it originally was.

It's worked fine since then, but thank you anyways.
