Please Help me

I have a problem. I got a new computer about 3 months ago. I downloaded OOTP4 (I have it on my other computer) and when I go to liscense it something weird happens. I can't send out the info to liscence it. It is like I can't send out info but I can bring it in. My operating system is XP. I would appreciate any help.

The option to use the default server is not avalible. So I guess this is what it says and I guess somebody here at 400 studios is the network administratior. Well I guess these are the instructions for what I should do.

If you are using a proxy and its settings are not in the default browser, then you will need to contact your network administrator to get the settings to use.

We do not "own" the eLicense company, they are the one's you need to contact. Go here to communicate with them.
