Please help (Steve??)

I have a problem. Our bath leaked through the floor boards and down onto our computer over a month ago. The whole of the hard drive was lost. I now need to reinstall OOTP4 on the computer but I do not have my access/licience number. It was stored on my hotmail account but that was deactivated as while our computer was down I was not able to sign in for over month. I have already reloaded the game once when the computer got a virus, possibly from downloading some add ons from the internet. Another point possibly worth mentioning is that I live with my parents still but hopefully that would have changed by the end of the summer. Therefore I may need to install the game on my own computer when I get one.

How do I go about reinstalling the game on this computer without access to the licience number.

Will it still be possible to install the game on my own computer when I get my own place, considering that I have already used one of my re-installments, and will need to use another one now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as at the moment I am stuck without OOTP4 and am not sure what to do. If you need any more information please ask.
