order id problem

hi there
i have just had windows reinstalled on my computer and when i tried to enter my
order id i keep on getting an error 501 message,

help please

501This error means that the Order ID you have entered does not match any of the order records for the product in the eLicense database. Re-check your Order ID, probably you have mis-entered it.
