Need Help

I have downloaded the game and when i go to put the key in it tells me i am not connected to the internet i know i am cuz i have aim open any help

I know this probably isnt a problem with the game but i put it here cuz when i placed it in another forum i got yelled at

It's probably a firewall. Try turning off Windows Firewall if you're running XP.
