Problem with my league

I recently started an OOTP 6.5 league using Cubby Fan's version 2 rosters. I've noticed that there are duplicates of alot of players however, and it is annoying when the duplicate gets a boost but the actual player does not. Some league members are complaining about it and I can't figure out how to fix the problem. The duplicates do not show up on the actual game file, only when I upload the report to the league server. Here's an example:

Two different Joe Randa's. One shows up fine in my game (the Pirate one obviously), the other does not and I don't see any way I can delete him. If anyone knows how to solve this glitch it would be much appreciated.

Are the files re-uploading themselves each sim or are they possibly old files that just haven't been over-written yet?
